To build anticipation for one of the most talked-about combat sports events of the year, Netflix brought the excitement of Rousey vs. Carano to the streets with a high-impact May activation. The campaign illuminated WOW 4, 9, 10, 11, and 12, creating a dominant digital presence across Los Angeles ahead of fight night. The activation also marked a major milestone for the EONs, with Netflix becoming the first paid advertiser to run across the new units.The campaign was further amplified through a 10-day display at the iconic Randy's Donuts, generating an additional 1.23 million 18+ impressions and extending its reach through one of the city's most recognizable landmarks.

Netflix transformed WOW's full-motion spectaculars into larger-than-life fight promotions, featuring dramatic face-off visuals, high-energy motion, and bold creative that captured the intensity of a must-watch live event.

Strategically positioned across high-traffic corridors, the campaign connected with sports fans, commuters, and entertainment audiences through a unified message centered on competition, anticipation, and live action.

Across the network, the campaign delivered exceptional reach and visibility, generating 2,981,333 delivered impressions across the EON’s Half Network. WOW 4 led the activation with standout performance, while WOW 10, 11, and 12 reinforced momentum across key routes throughout the city. Supported by three bonus PODs, the campaign added another 165,410 delivered impressions, further extending Netflix's presence across Los Angeles.

The campaign's impact was also amplified through a 10-day takeover of the iconic Randy’s Donuts location, generating an additional impressions and extending visibility to one of Los Angeles' most recognizable landmarks. In total, the activation generated 4,379,270 impressions, ensuring Netflix remained front and center as anticipation for fight night continued to build.

By bringing the energy of a championship showdown into everyday environments, Netflix didn't just promote a live sporting event — it created a citywide moment that captured the attention of fans long before the opening bell.
